Summary:
As a successful Ticket Sales Intern, your main responsibility is to learn the ropes and provide support in sales-related areas of the business.

Responsibilities:
The Ticket Sales Intern will assist in areas such as:
Ticket Sales
Database Management
Customer Service
Community Relations
Box Office Functions
Game day Entertainment & Operations

He/she will:
Gain valuable experience in the baseball industry, with full training provided and the opportunity to work closely with all members of the Stone Crabs front office

While this is an unpaid internship, we will gladly work with you and your university to provide college credit for your internship experience!

Job Requirements

We Require:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational skills, self-motivation and the ability to take initiative
• Enthusiastic attitude and outgoing, creative nature

We Prefer:

• The ability to work at least 20 hours per week during the school year; full time during the summer

Working Conditions / Special Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work long hours and weekends
• Routinely exposed to extreme hot/cold weather conditions
