Operations Director Intern
Salary: $1,200 to $1,500 per month, based on
qualifications

Requirements: Ticket sales
including group tickets, season tickets, picnics and luxury suites. Assist in
staffing and scheduling of Ushers, Security, Parking Attendants, Gate Attendants
and the Concourse Cleanup Personnel. Assist in physical plant upkeep including:
Direct Supervision of Cleanup Supervisor and cleanup crew. Other duties as
deemed necessary. Four year degree in Marketing or related field preferred. Some
inside and/or outside sales experience. Previous supervisory and maintenance

Q: How often are jobs posted?
A: Our job bank is continuously being updated
throughout the day. When a job is posted that matches your criteria, you will
be auto-notified by email with the job description. [Top]
Q: When are jobs available?
A: Year-round, but the typical hiring season is from
September through January. [Top]
Q: How will I be able to search for jobs?
A: When a job is posted that matches your criteria, you will be
auto-notified by email with the job description. Once you log-in, current
positions will be posted on the right-hand side bar, on a rotating basis, and
will also be available on the Current Postings page. All positions collected
throughout the month will be sent out in the monthly PBEO.com eNews.

Q: How are the positions organized?
A: PBEO.com divides the positions based on 18 different “Job
Interests.” When you create your profile, you choose the job interests
that are right for you. [Top]
Q:
Will I be automatically re-enrolled after the year is up?
A: NO, you will not be automatically charged a renewal
subscription when your year is up. PBEO.com will contact you two months prior to
let you know that your membership will need to be renewed and then again one
month prior. [Top]
Q: How do employers post jobs?
A: Employers are able to post jobs four (4) different ways:
Online, email, fax or by phone. [Top]
Q: How can I contact employers about job openings?
A: Each job posting will specify how the employer wishes to be
contacted. The two most common methods are via email or fax.

Q: What do I do if I want to suspend my membership?
A: You may suspend your membership through your member
profile. NOTE: though your membership activities will be suspended, this does
not extend your annual membership. [Top]

How do I become a coach or
scout?
A: Coaching (including strength and conditioning) and athletic
training positions are handled by MLB baseball operations departments. To become
a scout, you can find more information by calling the MLB Scouting Bureau at

Q: How do I become an umpire?
A: Please visit the

Players
Q: How do I become a professional baseball player or try out
for a team?
A: Tryouts are not held by our Minor League Baseball teams. Our
teams are assigned players by their Major League Baseball affiliate. The Major
League Scouting Bureau conducts tryout camps around the country and can be
